Star Entertainment is a professional Entertainment company. We take pride in providing clients with the CARE, PREPARATION, and SERVICE to ensure your true success.
Proper attire, timely music choices, with the right combination of ‘Fun and Flare’ (without being too corny) are a few of the ‘personal-touch’ qualities we provide. Because no two events are ever the same, we tailor every event to the client specification by private consultation and filling out our Wedding/Party Planning tool. During the planning we will also determine the various levels of DJ interactivity and complimentary usage of microphones.
Star Entertainment is not a huge company with multiple employees. Staff consists of TWO entertainers. We do not double book and subcontract jobs to other DJ’s or KJ’s. This means that we are the people that will provide the DJ and/or Karaoke entertainment. As a result, we provide you with excellent, personalized service.
We use professional, touring grade sound equipment; state-of-the-art computer software and wireless microphones. We have over 25,000 songs and Karaoke selections providing you endless options including all the standard favorites as well as 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and present with all types of music represented.
We have the experience of thousands of performances over the past twenty years as a musician, bandleader, and of course disc and karaoke jockey. Additionally, We have owned a recording studio, recorded advertising jingles and announced everything from sports events to modeling shows.
We are available for any booking that music and or karaoke would be appropriate for all of Southwest NM and Texas including Las Cruces, Albuquerque, El Paso, Deming, and Alamogordo. Also if you need a Master of Ceremonies for your event, we would be more than happy to do that and provide the sound system with any special effects that may be required. You pretty much have most of the vendors chosen for your wedding, but now onto the wedding DJ pricing. So how much does a wedding DJ cost? You will see many different wedding DJ prices. So, keep these points in mind and you will find the right one.
Cheap Wedding DJ Prices These prices will usually be in the ranges of $75 per hour or less. Many of these wedding DJ’s are part-time hobbyists. They might have no idea how to coordinate and deliver what you want at your wedding. Just call these companies and you will notice a huge difference with their customer service skills. This might be a risky deal because they might show up with low grade equipment (if they even show up at all). There is a possibility that you can spend $200-$400 on your wedding DJ and be happy, but you have to understand what cheap wedding DJ prices really mean.

Other times, this price is determined by an owner with an over inflated ego. If their wedding DJ cost is expensive, then this does not mean that they have instant credibility. This price might be marked up since they do not have enough word of mouth referrals yet. You should not have to take out a second mortgage to pay for your wedding DJ cost.
