Nick Arbia has been entertaining the southeast for
over 25 years with his high energy DJ style.
In 1979 Nick was involved in a store grand opening.
There he met his first DJ. He was doing a live radio
remote entertaining the crowd and playing music.
From that moment Nick was hooked.
Nick's DJ experience includes everything from a
morning radio host to a nightclub feature DJ and
Stand Up Comic. During his years on the radio Nick
went by the DJ name Jackson Wilde and Nick Wilder.
He has done voice overs and film extras.
About two years ago Nick joined DJ Professionals
and Video and is now one of their most requested DJ
styles.

Brunswick Community College would like to share with you the amazing entertainment provided by DJ Professionals and Video during our Community & Campus Scholarship Fund Drive! I called on Nick Arbia of DJ Professional and Video to work with me on hosting a Brunswick Community College Idol contest in order to raise money for student scholarships. I was completely surprised to see the elaborate work put into the stage! He brought professional lighting and sound that made this contest amazing! We even had a spotlight to follow them as they walked through the crowd! It was the next best thing than being on American Idol! This event was the most attended student activity ever during our Campus Fund Drive! Staff, Faculty and students are still talking about this event! You pretty much have most of the vendors chosen for your wedding, but now onto the wedding DJ pricing. So how much does a wedding DJ cost? You will see many different wedding DJ prices. So, keep these points in mind and you will find the right one.
Cheap Wedding DJ Prices These prices will usually be in the ranges of $75 per hour or less. Many of these wedding DJ’s are part-time hobbyists. They might have no idea how to coordinate and deliver what you want at your wedding. Just call these companies and you will notice a huge difference with their customer service skills. This might be a risky deal because they might show up with low grade equipment (if they even show up at all). There is a possibility that you can spend $200-$400 on your wedding DJ and be happy, but you have to understand what cheap wedding DJ prices really mean.

I said earlier that there is a difference between a full-time company and part-time hobbyist. A full-time company depends on your referrals to generate future leads and business. This means that they are 110% dedicated to your wedding reception. The wedding DJ cost needs be looked at with their references. Ask for recent clients’ names, phone numbers, and e-mails. When I say recent I mean 6 months or less when available. Any reputable company will be able to give you this information.

Expensive Wedding DJ Prices These people may charge anywhere from $1500-$4500. There may be added value, such as an additional DJ/wedding coordinator, lighting, staging, dancers, or props. Other times, this price is determined by an owner with an over inflated ego. If their wedding DJ cost is expensive, then this does not mean that they have instant credibility. This price might be marked up since they do not have enough word of mouth referrals yet. You should not have to take out a second mortgage to pay for your wedding DJ cost.
