When you are planning a Halloween party, you might make party decorations that are quite elaborate and takes lots of work and planning. Have fun and best of all give your guests a bash they will really remember. But rather than just putting up some Happy Halloween banners and fake cobwebs, why not come up with a great theme gathering idea. You can do anything from a haunted house or graveyard to a monster mash or horror movie bash.

Halloween Games

Have a Halloween Treasure Hunt party – Have a list of items to find or have each person have to get a special sticker (to put on a card that you make up) from another person wearing a specific costume in the room. For example have five stickers to find. 1. Dracula 2. Witch 3. Snoopy 4. Cop 5. Ghost. The guest will have to locate the Dracula to get his #1 sticker to put on their card. Then the witch, Snoopy,, etc. When the card is complete, they can enter it to win a door prize. This is a great way to get people talking and meeting on another. A real ice-breaker!

 

Another great game for a Halloween party is gross taste test contest or apple dumping contest. I once had a contest with kids (pick 3-5) to see who could but the most gum in their mouth and still chew it. It can  be extremely funny it they have to make the biggest bubble to win.

 

In conclusion, planning a great Halloween Party can have all those ghosts & goblins, wicked witches and pirates screaming with delight. And the planning doesn’t have to SCARE YOU either, if you plan ahead and follow some of the steps written in this article.
